Sunrise Locators is not your average locating company. We don’t sub out our placement deals to local inexperienced individuals. We use a network of 45 seasoned professionals, field reps. We treat each new client as if it was they are our only client. Our hands-on approach to finding locations for your bulk gum, candy, snack, energy drinks & snacks, and soda machines is a top priority. Our business is not based on volume. Vending Maching Placement:

Sunrise Locators, Inc., a full service locating company that specializes in placing vending equipment, racks, and displays. We maintain a staff of professional locators that will work to secure quality locations in your area, and we employ dedicated office staff that provides the highest level of client service in the industry.

Target:

• We maintain a staff of professional vending locators that will work with you to secure quality vending locations in your area.
• Initially, our locator will meet with you and discuss the area you would like to target for your vending machines or displays. We encourage you to provide a list of preferred vending locations to your locator.
• Our vending locators will find and secure for you the best available vending locations in your area. This is an important part of your vending placement.

Locating:

• All vending placements are not the same. Vending machines that work in factories may not work in health clubs.
• A gas pump gum-ball machine could work real well in a restaurant, but not a doctors office. This is why we encourage you to tour your locations before you accept them. Our vending machine placement agreement encourages this. Your instincts and our insight work together.
• We find you the best vending locations available and you pay for the ones you approve.

Charities

Charities help to make it easier to secure locations for smaller types of vending machines such as Bulk candy machines. Many charities, both national and local, have a vending outreach program where they provide a sticker for you to attach to the vending machine. The sticker says that a portion of the proceeds of the vending machine go to benefit that particular charity. The charity generally takes a flat fee per month per machine.

FAQ's

Q. Do you use real locators or telemarketers?

A. We send a real locator to your area to secure your locations for you if you meet our minimum requirements.

Q. How long does it take after I send in my contract before my locator arrives?

A. That can depend on many factors. Normally, we tell our customers —2 weeks from receipt of your deposit. It can actually take less time than that, but we’d rather give you the worst case scenario and then let you know that your locator will be arriving in 1 week, rather than the reverse. Our locators are usually scheduled 2-3 jobs at a time and it can be difficult to gauge just when they’ll finish up with their prior customer to head to your location. Every customer has the right of refusal (see below) when shown their locations, and if they exercise that right, that could delay the locator from moving on to the next job. We do our best to get your locator to you in the quickest time possible.

Q. What if I don’t like some of the locations that the locator shows me?

A. No problem! You have the “right of refusal”. While on the tour of your locations (required) with your locator, if you are shown any locations that you don’t like...simply tell your locator and he/she will have to get you new ones. You don’t sign off or pay until you have viewed and accepted the locations.

Q. Can I pay by check?

A. You can, but beware, that can delay the normal process by up to 10 more days for out of state checks to clear.

Q. Can I set my route up with a Charity rather than pay a commission to the location?

A. With many types of vending, this is the preferred method. It’s a win/win situation for everyone.

Q. Will the locator train me on how to get my own locations in the future?

A. Yes. Simply let the locator know that you want to learn how to do it and he/she will teach you how to secure your own locations for future reference. We also have some written material that we can send you upon request after your job is completed.

Q. Do you have any guarantees?

A. Yes, we do, but the guarantees differ according to the type of equipment you have and how many locations are required. Of course we cannot guarantee you any particular profit from your business– no one can. Each individual business owner is different and controls their business differently than others and no one has any control over how you run your business. We can get you the locations, but making your business work is up to you. You can get a look at our basic guarantee that is available for any type or amount of equipment under the “Guarantee” link. You would have to speak to our office about any other guarantees that are available for your type of machine or display.

Q. Will your field reps install my machine?

A. Our reps will help with the smaller vending machines but don't have larger vehicles for full size equipment.

Q. Do you provide telemarketing?

A. Yes. We have a telemarketing department that services the entire country. Contact us at 1-800-319-6671.

Q. Should I select on site locating or telemarketing?

A. Both can be very effective. Telemarketing is less expensive but requires full payment up front rather than a deposit with local field rep. We recommend telemarketing for smaller jobs, hard to reach locations and geographic areas field reps for specific locations and targeted specialty sites.

Q. How long does it take to complete job?

A. We will assign your job with 48 hours and be placed in our field rep schedule at this time.

Q. Is vending hard work?

A. As with any opportunity, dedication and effort are involved. A vending business is by no means a difficult or hard business to operate. Many companies try and make light of the work involved in vending, therefore many newbies in this business are shocked once they get started. The hard work is getting your machines out (the initial physical work involved); after that it's home free! You basically go and collect your cash each month!

Q. Can I run my vending business part time?

A. Absolutely! That's the beauty of this business! You decide how much time you wish to dedicate to building your business. It usually takes about 5-10 minutes to service a machine - not including your travel time.

Q. How much money can I make?

A. Your income will be determined by your locations and the number of machines you have placed and the amount of money that goes into purchasing your equipment. No profit is made until the investment for your machines and candy has been recovered. Buyer beware of high priced vending equipment!
